By using PicResizer.net (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

PicResizer provides online tools to resize, compress, and transform image files. The Service is provided "as is" and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

3. Uploads and retention

When you upload an image to the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive license to store and process the image for the purpose of delivering the Service. Uploaded images are stored temporarily and are automatically deleted after <strong>60 minutes</strong>. You are responsible for keeping backups of any images you need beyond that period.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to upload, transmit, or store any content that:

• Violates any law, regulation, or the rights of others;
• Is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, harassing, violent, or otherwise objectionable;
• Contains viruses, malware, or harmful code.

We reserve the right to remove content or refuse access that violates these Terms.

5. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in the Service (software, website design, trademarks) belong to us or our licensors. You retain ownership of images you upload, subject to the license you grant to us to operate the Service.

6. Third-party services

The Service may use third-party providers (hosting, analytics). Use of such third-party services is subject to their terms and policies.

7. Disclaimers & warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, any stored images will be deleted in accordance with our retention policy.

9. Changes to terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post notice on the site. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing law
